Dr. Grand'Pierre will be representing the Haitian Ministry of Health at the HsCC meeting in May.
Didi is a medical anthropologist / community health specialist who founded of the Women and Girls Initiative. Didi was born in Port-au-Prince and focuses her efforts in Haiti and Rwands. She spoke at our last meeting in 2018 and will be with us again in May 2024.
The Haitian Ob Gyn Society (SHOG) represents the leadership of women's health care in Haiti. SHOG has supported and encouraged HsCC's efforts to partner in the effort to reduce the burden of cervical cancer in Haiti and they will be present with us in May 2024.
Beatrice Lauture will be representing GSCC.
GSCC is a community advocacy group that supports efforts to prevent and treat cancer in Haiti. They help us bring the health care leaders together with the community to organize efforts. They will also be present at our meeting in May 2024.
HsCC is a consortium of partners who are committed to working together and supporting Haitian medical leaders in their efforts to create a national cervical cancer prevention program.
